Lake Tamarisk Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply to all Renters and Guests of the park. All guests and renters are required to register with the office upon arrival.


  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Generators are not permitted.


  • Uncontained campfires are not permitted.
  • Extension cords must not cross sidewalks, roads, or greenbelt areas.


  • Tents and outdoor sleeping is not permitted.
  • Please keep your space neat and orderly at all times.
  • Satellite dishes must not be larger than 36” in diameter. Limit 2 per space.
  • Radio transmitting antennas are permitted for licensed operators as long as they do not interfere with neighbors’ TV, internet, or radio reception.
  • Spaces may not be used for any commercial purpose.


  • Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Children under 14 are not permitted to use the pool table unless accompanied by an adult.


  • Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
  • Pets that are noisy, unruly, vicious, or cause neighbor complaints will result in removal from the park.
  • Pets must be on a leash or in a kennel at all times. Leashes must be of a size and material appropriate for the animal and held by a person capable of restraining it.
  • Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, laundry facilities, or pool area.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in a tied-up bag into the dumpster.
  • Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods of time.


  • Pool and spa area hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. From November to April, water aerobics classes are held Monday thru Friday from 9 – 10am. No one is allowed in the pool during this time unless a participant.
  • Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and smoking are not permitted in the pool, spa or deck area.
  • There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Each person is responsible for their own safety when using the pool and spa.
  • Everyone must shower before entering the pool or spa and again after applying lotions, creams, or oils.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 or those not potty trained are not allowed in the pool. No one under 14 is allowed in the spa.
  • Pool rules are posted in the pool area. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
  • Swimsuits are required in the pool and spa. Cutoffs or similar clothing is not allowed.
  • Running, diving, and splashing is not permitted.


  • Laundry facilities are for members, renters, and guests of the park only. Laundry rules are posted in the area. They are coin-operated.
  • Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in the laundry facilities.
  • All laundry must be removed promptly from the washing machines and dryers when cycles are completed. Clothing hung in the drying area must be removed when dry.
  • Laundry can be hung in the designated area outside of the laundry facility, inside residences, RVs, storage sheds, or vehicles. Laundry is not allowed to dry outside on decks, patios, or driveways.
  • Dying of clothing is not allowed in the laundry facility.
  • Please notify the office if any machines are failing to work properly.


  • ALL garbage must be secured in tied-up plastic bags and placed in the dumpster located at the north end of the park.
  • Building materials, appliances, and items other than household garbage are not permitted in the dumpster.
  • The park recycles crushed aluminum cans and plastic bottles that have the CA CRV on the label. Please place these in the designated recycling containers next to the dumpster. Do not place glass or milk jugs in the recycle containers.
  • Flattened cardboard boxes are recycled and must be placed in the appropriate bin next to the dumpsters. Do not place cardboard in the dumpsters.
